"Das Hotel arbeitet mit einem menschenlosen Check-In. Das funktionierte in meinem Fall nur bedingt. Zimmer war sehr sauber und wie angegeben ausgestattet. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen und sind aus Milchglas, sodass kein Blick nach draußen möglich ist. Zudem soll man ab 6 Uhr abends die Rollos schließen, damit kein Licht nach außen dringt. Ich habe es ein wenig erdrückend empfunden, nicht raus schauen zu können. Die Lage ist gut, genau zwischen Bahnhof und dem Gion Viertel. Man sollte...

"The room I got was very good for the price. It was perfectly clean and had all the amenities I wanted plus some extras, like they provided detergent for the washing machine. The location is nice (1 block away from a subway station) and the staff are efficient. The only thing I disliked is that they want you to leave your keys with the front desk whenever you leave the hotel, which is strange and could cause problems, but thankfully I avoided any such problems."

"The room smells like it has a bad drainage system. Once we enter the room and it smells like the toilet has been backed up. The fabric spray provided was useless. Attitude of staff were mixed, some discrimination were definitely present. Felt harrassed by the staff to settle the bill due to deciding to have extra guest in the room which we also had already decided to pay for. "

"Our family of 5 had an excellent stay at Stitch. The property is well located and the layout of the room was perfect for our family. The facilities are top notch and having a washer dryer was so helpful. Great restaurants within a stones throw and easy to walk to so many places. The bathroom products were also lovely and I made sure to purchase them before I left! Would stay again in a heartbeat."
