Transport directions from Heathrow to hotel were not provided which was very unhelpful and contributed to my late arrival. No accommodation was make for late check-ins. I received no response to text messages and phone calls. "No reception desk on arrival just staff sitting on table with laptops. Room had a musky smell on ground floor so had to buy an air freshener. Although bed was fine room was small with need for a lick of paint."
