"Avoid this host. Daniella refused to let us check in on arrival, claiming our ID photo quality wasn’t good enough — something never mentioned in the booking terms or beforehand. We were left without accommodation during our holiday in Brighton with no warning and no alternative offered.
She promised a full refund on the spot. That refund has still not arrived.
Wasted time, ruined part of our holiday, and still chasing money back. Stay well clear."

Continental breakfast was really just stale bread in the fridge with a few Jams and some coffee.
The bathroom was disgusting and tiny. The washbasin further so."

"we only stayed here for 5 nights but property had everything we needed the kitchen was well equipped with a hob, microwave/oven, dishwasher and washing machine so ideal for longer stays. bathroom had walk in shower with good water pressure. Hotel is situated in the center of the town a short walk from the train station and close to shops,restaurants, pubs and also about 10/15 min walk to Brighton pier "
