"Well maintained and in a great location. Staff were really friendly and provided good local knowledge to enhance our stay. The breakfast was first class and available until late morning. Staff offered to hold luggage on our last day at no additional cost which was a nice touch. Has a beer garden which is lit up at night and a good selection of beers/cider and wine etc. Would definitely visit again!"

"All good including a yummy English breakfast but the airplane noise was a bit bothersome & the walls are REALLY thin. Loud neighbors with strange noises til after midnight. Not sure if it was sex noises, a special needs individual, child, or other cause but it was very disturbing.😬 When we complained to the front desk they got them to quiet down a bit."

"The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. The room was brilliant - comfy bed, spacious bathroom and lovely touches with the coffee machine, guide book and homemade biscuits. Would stay here again when visiting Arundel."

"Beds were not comfortable, lots of dust behind the beds when we have to relocate in the room, very very hot and stuffy in the rooms and we were only provided with a desktop fan. Very noisy one of the evenings as a wedding was held, ice cream was spilt all of the floor which was not cleaned"

"The family room was on the 3rd floor with two windows which were in poor condition. Only one was safe to open. The room was spacious with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was very good as was the restaurant where we had dinner one evening. Staff were always very helpful and polite."

"Hotel is perfect if you just want to have somewhere to sleep if you are heading to Gatwick. Basic. But quadruple room was perfect for us. Parking is an extra £5. Beds comfortable. Room and bathroom clean. 3 miles drive to APH if you are parking there. Which we were. So perfect. Having driven down from Macclesfield."
