"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from Expedia bookings. Upon checking-in we found the kettle was not working, water heater needs to be switched on an hour and half before...

"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. "LRT 아시아 자야 역 앞에있어서 위치가 좋습니다 다만 주변에 마트나 다른 시설들이 없어서 불편하지만, 쉐라톤 pj와 같은 위치에 있어 그랩이나 택시 이용시 찾아가기 좋아요. 방이 관리가 잘되어있는편이라 잘지내고 갑니다 "

"The hotel lobby smelled like garbage, almost puked everytime I walked through it. The whole hotel was were dirty, our beds were uncomfortable. Rooms also smelled like garbage. There were cockroaches in our bathroom. Staff woke us up in the morning because they thought we would check out that day. Also had problems with checking in. The only good thing was that the mrt station was close."
