As a thoughtful and personal touch, Zoe even baked cupcakes for our anniversary, which was greatly appreciated. "Excellent location to train station and walkable to other cafes and sites. Hotel was great, staff was excellent, owner was awesome and attentive. No elevator but they helped with bags. Restaurant was great and pub was lively. No issue recommending this hotel."

"Property was clean and room was comfortable. The food was lovely but let down by a cold reception on arrival. The only person who smiled or showed any ‘ friendliness’ was a young girl serving behind the bar. Such a shame."
