"The kitchen was well-equipped making it easy to cook as well as there are many restaurant and convenience stores within walking distance. However, a major downside was the condition of the room, which felt dusty and not very clean. We have told the reception but there is not much changes until the end of our stay. This definitely had affected us regarding the overall comfort of the stay."

"Location was great. Near lots of mom/pop restaurants, convenient stores, subway entrances. Quiet enough at night to sleep, walkable to things to do. Lobby was secured and safe. Need codes to use elevators and enter room, did not use key. Was way easier than expected once we remembered the code so nice touch there. The hotel was nice. "The Mimaru Tokyo Station East was an excellent choice for our family of four. The staff was ver friendly and super helpful. The room was clean and spacious, Thia unit had a kitchen, bunkbeds, ans workjng AC. Less than a five minute walk to the Tokyo subway system. Nearby restaurants and nearby convenient stores."
