Great for families. The room was clean and spacious and the washer/dyer in the room was nice. Great location and near shops, restaurants, cafes, and the train station.

Amazing stay - the premier apartment for 6 pax is very comfortable. Love that thy accommodate my requests to have clean towels daily. Location is perfect. Downside - pillows are super thin.

We booked deluxe apartments, as we know most apartments and hotels in Japan are small. The apartment is big for japan standards. I can opened 3 big suitcases at the same times and still spaces for people to move around. The apartment is clean, amenities are as described. I like that it equipped with washer/ dryer. The area is quiet but not very far from shopping street ( okachimachi sta- 12 minutes walk). Nearby is local market.

Second home away from home

The location is very convenient, right next to train station exit and restaurants and convenience stores. The beds were cozy and the condition of the room was excellent. We love the kitchen, the heated toilet seat, and the laundry machine. It really feels like a second home away from home. We would stay at another Minn hotel next time we come to Japan.

The hotel is close to the Toei Line but a bit far from the JR Station, about 10-15 minutes walk to Naka Okachimachi JR Station where we took the Yamanote Line to Tokyo Station which is faster and cheaper than taking the Tokyo Metro and there are more restaurants close to the JR station. Other than that, the hotel is well equipped with a washing machine and cooking utensils and the surrounding is pretty quiet.

comfortable room with space to lounge around

We took a standard room with multiple beds. That actually means there were two single beds plus a sofa that could be turned into a bed. As there were just two of us, we left the sofa as a comfy place to lounge around. The kitchenette was nicely kitted out with a stove, fridge and microwave. The unit also had an efficient washer/dryer - essential for our 10-night stay. Location was great - quiet but near enough to shops and eateries. Communications with staff was easy - just message them on their webpage!

The location is good, but the room is too small for 3~4 peoples. Lack of soup or don bowl for ramen and don-rice. The bowls and plats are not enough for a proper dinning (only provide 3 set of bowl and plat for 3 persons). The bathroom is comfortable.

The place was fantastic. We had one issue. The entrance light wouldn’t turn off. Apparently this is a non-issue because I went to the reception area and the lady gave me a black taped cardboard and some tape to put in over the light. lol. We were so tired from jet lag for the 2 nights we stayed there, it wasn’t a real bother. In normal circumstances this would have annoyed a lot of people. Please note that we were a family of 4. 2 teen agers and 2 adults. They had 2 cots available for the 2 kids meanwhile the adults slept on the mattresses. Everything is on the floor. There are no chairs. You sit on the floor. After walking 20,000 steps each day, sometimes it is nice to just sit down but we had to lie down. Not a biggy - first world problems. The train station is near by so it was a very convenient location. Kasei Ueno station is about 15 mins away (walking). It’s got some nice shops and great food. Major artery for trains is there - we took a train from Narita to Kasei Ueno and the walk was about 15 mins.
