"This hotel is located in a quiet residential area, a bit far from the major sightseeing attractions, so it may not be the most convenient choice if you rely on public transportation. However, we find the apartment-style room very suitable for our family of four and as we travel around by rental car, the location is not a major concern for us. "

"This little studio apartment was such a nice surprise. Extremely clean and well organized and it had all we needed and more as far as kitchen appliances/accessories. We especially enjoyed the shower/bath setup which had great water pressure. "

"Can't say enough good things about this place. Cheaper but way bigger than other hotels I've been to in Tokyo. Very new. Very clean. Bathroom looks great. Has a kitchen. Has a washing machine. Has AC. Multiple door locks. Right next to the train station. 711 is a 10 minute walk (you can buy cheap laundry detergent there). Very safe and clean neighborhood. Definitely will stay again."

"I've given a 5 star because it's a very quiet suburban feeling location. The room is small but we'll appointed. Close to restaurants, groceries, trains and walking distance to many main attractions. I one caveat I would put on the property is the stairs are steep, be aware. Also the pin on the Expedia map is in the wrong place."

"Very spacious by Tokyo standards. I liked that it had three full beds for the whole fam. Fully set kitchen and fridge for any cooking you want to do. AC works exceptionally well which was nice at the end of a hot and humid day. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get everywhere with different subway stations within a 10 minutes walk. It felt very safe here. "

"The locations of this hotel is excellent. Restaurants with great food are all around this hotel. There are also small grocery stores that are open 24 hours within 3 minutes of this location. "We stayed for one night and kept our luggages at the concierge since we only bring cabin luggages to our 3 days Osaka trip. We specifically asked for the luggages to be delivered to our room when we return back and would stay for another 6 nights. They didn’t do that and acted like nothing happened. The location is only close to oedo mrt train. The rest of the mrt trains is 800 meters away but you can go by Shiodome underpass. If the price is the same I will recommend Royal Park Shiodome being closer to train station and convenient stores and they have 2 treadmills. This hotel only have one treadmill which mean I have to get up so early in order to beat the rest of the guests for it. Not a bad hotel if you get a good price for it "
