"Expect to bring / buy kitchen supplies like paper towels, hand towels, tea, coffee, sugar....the kitchen fans don't work and there's no kitchen garbage bin. Only two very small bins for the entire unit including the washroom. I had to buy plastic bags. The washer and dryer are not inside the unit. Very basic room."

"I loved this place. We have a room with two beds and a bunk bed. The room is a very good size for Japan standards. Very clean. And it’s very quiet. There’s a supermarket right in front of it. And it made bringing snacks, food, ramen, drinks, ice cream to the room so convenient. You have a full size fridge and a kettle and all cooking equipment in the room provided. I’d def stay there again!"

"It was a really clean place to stay and we felt safe and comfortable in the area, knowing it was really quiet and people were kind and respectful. The amenities were very functional and the room was spacious enough for 5 people to live. I love the authenticity of the place Japanese feel is quite amazing and impressive!! "The hotel was very clean. Everyday we received fresh towels and every other day they made the beds. The beds were very comfortable, my daughters had no issue falling asleep in them. My daughters especially loved the bunk bed set up. The kitchen was stocked with various essentials for doing basic cooking and eating in. We ate in more than we expected and this was a huge plus. We used the laundry machines and those were well maintained and did the jobs quickly. The staff also English very well....

"The kitchen was well-equipped making it easy to cook as well as there are many restaurant and convenience stores within walking distance. However, a major downside was the condition of the room, which felt dusty and not very clean. We have told the reception but there is not much changes until the end of our stay. This definitely had affected us regarding the overall comfort of the stay."
