"The unit needs to maintain better and the aircons has to be cleaned on routinely basis. The aircons are full of dust. The windows locks need to change and some are defective. Can be improved overall"

"No toiletaries even basic body shampoo. So loud the plane every hour from 6am till midnight 1am thorough the day btaking off or landing. Very bad soundproof, even next door talk softly on the phone you can hear so clearly. Water not going down when shower and in sink Cutlery only 1 pair and still have lipstick stain on the cup. "

"Clean rooms, convenient to Imago (15-minute walk). Surrounding area needs improvement. Unfortunately, experienced air-conditioning leakage."

"Recommended to bring family stay at the hotel. Convenience and comfortable. Apart from that, it is such a strategic place to find place to eat."

"Lovely hotel with lovely staff, there's an Orange store (very similar to 7 11) , an Indian restaurant and a cafe all in the vicinity. The only negative is the location as you'll have to take a Grab to travel around Kota Kinabalu."

"Worth the money as 2 bed room for 2 nights can stay up to 5 people. Property condition was understandable not perfect but not that bad. Free parking (1 car park), 1 set of access card. The location was easy to find food from G floor, got grocery shop and shopping centre across the street. The unit I got not include microwave. Contact PIC easy and fast reply."
