For example, the listing mentioned laundry facilities, but none were accessible during our stay. Communication was also a major issue. "Kitchen lacked utensils. No shower curtain water went on the floor. Sink didn’t drain well. Cleanliness was poor gum on bathroom door. Front door didn’t lock on building. Smoke detector had no battery. TV didn’t work. Toilet seat was loose. Location was good. Wouldn’t take much to improve the facility."

"Das Zimmer hat alles, was es braucht. Die Lage ist super. Gleich nebenan die Tramhaltestelle und man ist schnell in der Stadt oder am Bahnhof/ Flughafen. Die Matratze ist etwas weich und das Zimmer hat eine ordentliche Reinigung nötig. Der Boden war sehr staubig und die Ablageflächen in der Kochecke sind klebrig. Ein Rolladen ist defekt. "
