"Lovely accomodation within easy access of A30 and Exeter. Comfortable, quiet room. Lovely breakfast in cafe below. Second stay here, and will be back when we visit the West Country."

"very clean and quiet room, nice soft towels, comfortable bed and a quiet fan was provided in the room as we stayed during a very hot spell. The owners were really friendly and helpful, and very kindly offered us the room for a couple of hours longer after check out as we were attending a funeral that morning and wanted to change afterwards. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness.
Definitely recommend staying here."
