The hotel was also hosting a large event that left no available parking for paying hotel guests despite charging a $20 parking fee. While the front desk staff tried to help, management was dismissive and unprofessional, offering no real solution or accommodation. After hours without resolution, I left at 10:30 PM to find another hotel before my early morning flight. The property and guest experience did not match the hotel’s advertising."

"Don't try to take the shuttle from the airport. We waited an hour and there were people there waiting longer. When you call the main desk you just get put on hold with no answer. Also, I found french fries under the couch when something of mine rolled underneath. The printer was down so I couldn't get a copy of any charges. Not a great experience and would not recommend."
