"This is an apartment complex that rent rooms. Not a hotel. Only virtual assistance via text if you don’t speak Spanish. No elevator. Not enough towels and washcloths. No hand soap."

"Area of the hotel was not ideal. I wouldn't venture far on foot. I suppose the closeness to the nearby hospital is its draw for folk going there. We were there for a one nite stay before a cruise and for that purpose it was just OK. Hotel itself is unimpressive and given that you feel that venturing out for food by foot is a no go, the in-house food prices were -- in my opinion-exceptionally high and there were service charges I thought were also inappropriate. "Check in was a hit or miss. We weren’t able to get our code until we paid the security deposit which the link that was provided was not working so it was a bit of a hassle. Also, when we officially got settled we noticed a few issues throughout the unit. One of the rooms is missing a TV remote, and the TV itself appears to be glitching. Additionally, neither of the showers is producing hot water. We also noticed a few stains on the sheets and pillows, and the blind handle is broken as well also...

"Laundry machine was not functioning -- and that mattered to me on this trip. They did not alert me to this fact ahead of time, nor, of this writing, have they offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Also their check-in process was painful -- even after filling out their form/downloading their app, it was not in the system so I had to call to get it fixed. All of that said -- the space/place is very nice and maybe others will not face the same difficulties I did."
