"Chosen originally for its location to Cambridge City centre with free parking and looked good in the pictures. We arrived early so decided to take lunch there. Very inexperienced staff member behind bar led to disjointed, incorrect and undercooked orders. Not a good start and due to this we never ate there again during the stay. "The Woodlands was a beautiful stay. I loved the surrounding wild life and peacefulness about it. Staff were wonderful and went out of their way to support me, being I am disabled and require a stick to walk. The bed was extremely comfortable, clean & fresh. Nice hot showers. Breakfast was excellent and catered to my tastes. Overall I would recommend the Woodlands if your looking for a stay that offers peaceful space, nature and a very warm welcome. "Etwas in die Jahre gekommen dafür aber mit sehr viel Charme. Für einen Kurzurlaub definitiv zu empfehlen. Küche und Kühlschrank durften mitbenutzt werden und der Garten war ein kleines Paradies. Einige Aufstriche beim Frühstück waren leider abgelaufen aber es gab genug alternative Auswahl."
