"Good breakfast and helpful staff "

"We stayed for one night in this beautiful historic hotel. The room was a good size, super clean & was tastefully furnished. The options for breakfast were varied with food being cooked to order, & everything was provided that you could possibly need. The breakfast waiting staff were very pleasant & helpful & it was the same for staff throughout the whole hotel. We will be staying again soon!"

"I had the most wonderful room in the old part of the building. Warm and spacious, comfy bed, lovely seating and dressing area, clean bathroom with a lovely shower! I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Quick and easy walk over the lovely river to the RSC and Stratford. Parking on site is easy but limited, but there is plenty of parking nearby. The best thing was the friendliness and helpfulness of every member of staff that we spoke to. From welcome to departure all the staff couldn't do enough to help! Wonderful place!"

"I stayed 10 nights on business, whilst the reviews are not great I found my stay perfect, room was very quiet, housekeepimg was everyday, staff were very very good every staff member was so friendly and helpful, id definitely stay here again and probably will do again shorly. "
