"Amazing stay, the hotel room itself was beautiful and so clean, comfortable and spacious. The onsens were also super nice, we booked a room with a private onsen and it was very serene, clean and water was very hot (in a good way!), but they also had multiple other options including a public one for each gender for hotel patrons only which was not crowded at all, a private one that didn’t require booking (in case of tattoos or privacy), and another private one that you could book a time slot at...

"This place was amazing! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We opted for the full dinner and breakfast with a hot spring bath in the room. Everything was incredible. The food tasted fantastic and the bath was lovely and spacious with a beautiful view of the woods behind the hotel. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxing ryokan experience. "

"I visited this hotel in 2022, and visit again this year (2026). The room seems newly renovated and looks very new, clean and updated. The staff is friendly, helpful as always. This hotel is certainly worth it."

"Ce séjour a été une expérience hors du commun. Nous avons été accueilli avec soin. Le fait de manger à genoux sur une table basse, de dormir sur des futons et de se détendre dans les onsens ont été des moments inoubliables. Les repas étaient de grande qualité et préparés avec soin mais malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu les apprécier à leur juste valeur car trop éloignés de nos goûts français 😄"

"整體很滿意。 只是房間洗澡位置於戶外，冬天去是真的很冷，建議到大浴場洗澡會比較好。 3個私人風呂去了2個，感覺是不錯的喇，晚上浸着看着天空中的星星很寫意。 一泊兩食的食物質素都很好。因為住了2天都訂了一泊兩食，剛好試了他們兩款的晚餐。他們的安排也很好～早餐不會重複、晚餐的甜品也沒有重複，這真的很細心。另外，是次是結婚周年慶祝，我們也先跟酒店聯絡有否可外購的慶祝服務，我們訂了晚餐時甜品dessert plate。他們還附送我們心意卡及小禮物，真的很驚喜。 當然不少得，不同時段的小食、宵夜拉麵等等都讓我們很滿意。 重點很近強羅車站，走過去只是1-2分鐘。"
