"The experience was really bad. We booked the place and arrived, but no one answered the door—there was no reception and no instructions on how to get in. We called for nearly an hour before someone finally returned and said they had booked the place. The neighbors were horrible and even came over with a knife, asking why we were there. After an hour of waiting, we finally received a call from the owner, who arranged for us to stay at another property. However, the bed there was so soft it...

"Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*."
