"Room clean, bed quite comfortable, multiple pillows were lovely, nose tissue soft and pleasant, staff was OK albeit a tad clueless about wait times (20 minutes after our meal to see / get our check to pay. Food tasty. Most of all location is astounding- best reason to stay here!!"

"This hotel worked perfectly for me; arriving on a late flight and being able to walk directly into a hotel room from the terminal. The room is tiny and there isn’t a window, but the price is reasonable and who needs a window for a short overnight stop? I will definitely stay there again."

"Room was good. Had a view of the Thames. Staff overall were very helpful. Position a bit out of Central London but good bus services to London Bridge and Victoria Station. Also free ferry over Thames to Canary Wharf. Breakfast was disappointing. A lot of choices either not working or not being replenished depending on who was on. Was an upgraded hostel but overall we were satisfied for the price."

"Lovely maintained and staff, definitely the best I've stayed at at Gatwick. Room was modern as was public areas. Food in restaurant good too. Could do with better signage to the hotel from the north terminal transit but once you find it its very good "
