"More spacious than Tokyo hotel rooms for sure. I like that the shower room is separate from the toilet room, and there's an in-house washing machine. Within walking distance from Dotonburi, Kurumon market and Shinsaibashi shopping. My family of 5 arrived at 1pm. Check-in doesn't happen until 3pm. They have a luggage storage for rent while waiting, which was my original plan. When we got there, the caretakers are in the middle of cleaning our room from the previous renter. I requested last minute...

"步行可到京都車站，即使帶著行李也不用擔心距離太遠，附近有唐吉柯德跟友都八喜，地下二樓有lopia超市，生活機能非常好，飯店空間很大可以攤開行李箱沒問題，下次回京都首選飯店"

"洗濯機の蓋が壊れて(外れるこわれ)いるが、そのまま使えますとの表示がしてあった。普通に使用できたこともあったが、1回エラーが出た。"蓋が外れている"というエラー。 蓋を開閉したら治った場合もあったが、ダメなパターンもあった。(一度電源を切って選択し直さなければいけない) 使えないことはない洗濯機だと思うが、できれば入れ替えを検討してほしいです。 ホテル自体はすばらしかった！また泊まりたいと思いました！"
