"洗濯機の蓋が壊れて(外れるこわれ)いるが、そのまま使えますとの表示がしてあった。普通に使用できたこともあったが、1回エラーが出た。"蓋が外れている"というエラー。 蓋を開閉したら治った場合もあったが、ダメなパターンもあった。(一度電源を切って選択し直さなければいけない) 使えないことはない洗濯機だと思うが、できれば入れ替えを検討してほしいです。 ホテル自体はすばらしかった！また泊まりたいと思いました！"

"Front staff amazing ! Friendly and helpful ! Close to Kyoto station . Great room with fun bunkbeds but still giving space to relax after long hot humid days ! Added fun with the rent out of a chess board and massage device 😊. Enjoyed the barley tea for tea time !!! Recommend for families who want space and have teens . Added bonus of laundry on site . Thanks for some great memories !! Also the matcha cookies was a great incentive to an avoid unnecessary housekeeping 😉😊 delicious !!!!"
