Not the cleanest in terms of the shower room and very noisy as doors slamming in the tiny joint/communal room access area immediately outside my door awoke me. Don’t rely on the buses nearby as I waited almost an hour for a bus to the city centre and gave up in the end. No shops nearby. If you require any get it before you arrive. "There are 3 reason for the lower rating. The main one was the noise. The apartment overlooks the cavern which is surrounded by nightclubs. The room aren’t soundproof so you can hear all the music from the club/pubs up to closing (2am). This made it impossible to sleep until 2am. If you aren’t looking to go out late in Liverpool then this will be an issue. The second issue was there was no phone signal in the room - so I was unable to make mobile calls. "Excellent alternative to the hotels & apartments in town. Fully equipped kitchen, good WiFi for work, Very clean and organised. Great Reception & Housekeeping team. Close to Lime Street Station. Plenty of shops nearby. The Bekas Cafe is very good. Recommended. "

Lift available- we were in first floor in room 3, living room was very overlooked from other apartments with no blinds so had to pull curtains which took away all natural light. Bedroom has blinds which were perfect - need them in living room as well.
