"Spent one evening there while visiting Liverpool. A bit out of the way, but a lovely large room on the old docks. The problem was that prior to 8am, construction on the restaurant below began. Jackhammers, drilling, hammering, you name it. Why would they give you that room without a warning?? I mentioned it to the desk upon checking out and was told to have a nice day. Not what I expect at these prices."

We arrived early for check in & the hotel provided secure left luggage for us. Hotel situated close to bars and restaurants."

"Amazing stay, arrived 4 hours before check in to leave bags but the room was ready so we got to check in with no extra fee and a bonus of an upgrade. I was pleased as it was our anniversary trip which i hadnt mentionned but when i did we also got free drink vouchers. The staff were super nice, the hotel fab. The breakfast amazing and with the bonus of free parking! Highly recommend."

"Short walk(10min) to the docks and easy access to the city centre. Good restaurants nearby Lack of lift so if you have big luggages, it would be a challenge to carry up a few flight of stairs. Room I was staying was at the top floor and unfortunately, it was the heat wave. I didn’t realise there was no air conditioning although fan provided didn’t help. I couldn’t change the room either. So that 2 nights stay wasn’t very pleasant. As this was a work trip, I think having a desk would be...
