"Stayed here for work. Easy to find, lots of parking and a nice quirky building. Good Bar and great stafff. Room a little dusty. Evening meal absolutely out of the park good- I'll be staying here from now on for this reason alone. "

"Large and spacious room very modern if a little basic. Minimalistic wardrobe space and tiny table/ moveable desk. More than adequate for an overnight stay. Included breakfast is simple and basic but very nice . "

"All good. The room had a bathroom with assistive equipment. Not asked for. Difficult to use. Basin had no cold water to run a toothbrush under. Toilet was lower than normal. A very odd experience"

"Property on main road but still a very quiet location. Staff very welcoming and rooms clean. Well maintained and adequate size. Breakfast was included which was a bonus and was the usual uk buffet style. Staff were overworked and we had to wait for a table to be be cleaned as it was busy but this was quick. Overall very good value for a nice hotel and would stay again if in the area."

"Rugby match was being played and the car park was full even though there were security guards on checking in your staying, in the morning the car park was empty. The bar and restaurant was full so paying guests could not get food"

"From the moment we arrived till we checked out this hotel delivered. Lovely welcome on arrival, spacious clean room. Comfortable bed, handy fridge, sofa. Delicious buffet breakfast. My preferred eggs were not in the buffet but asked and they were provided no problem. Evening meal was delicious too. Waiting staff very pleasant and helpful. Spa facilities were great. "Room itself fine but newly fitted shower tray flooded bathroom - Room service poor as 3 different menus give 3 different times this is available and a 4 Star hotel stopping room service at 8.00pm???? Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great."

"This was our 3rd visit to the Worsley hotel whilst visiting family in the UK. The hotel is nice, but the rooms are a bit in need of an upgrade. The bathrooms could use better quality towels and new granite. The current countertop looks old and worn out like an older motel, not a 4 star hotel. The bedding is minimal and when I asked for a blanket was told they only had duvets. I was really looking for something for comfort but the thin bedding was minimal and not cozy at all. "Plenty of parking and easy to validate. Staff were friendly and easy check in and out although staff appearance was somewhat dishevelled. Shower would not regulate it's temperature and was either freezing cold or boiling hot. It was clean although not immaculate with bathroom fixtures wearing and loose bedroom socket. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. "

"In our Family Room, the bedsettee mattress was about 4 inches/10cm lower at the shoulders than the lower part of the mattress. Had to use all the towels to try to level it out a little otherwise their head was far too low!!"

"Excellent breakfast. Great location for local attractions. Every single one of the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Treats for the kids on arrival which was a bonus. Nice little pool which we all enjoyed using. "
