"Great location right in the heart of Liverpool, Perfect for two families with one kid or two couples. Very clean, comfortable and secure. Also comes with a lift to the ground floor which the elder members of my family found very useful. Great communication with host. Very easy forms to complete, entry information delivered in plenty of time. I'd definitely use EPIC and the apartment again."

"Most convenient for travellers. Grocery store next to apartment. Easy access for walking too Cavern, hop on hop off tours, Mersey river cruise. Also to tram to get to Central Train Station. So many choices for dining within steps. Nice to have washer available "

"Generally the apartment was good - nice space, bed was comfy, shower was good. However it wasn’t the cleanest, generally could do with a good clean, the sofa needed hoovering and the bathroom could do with a really good scrub. The oven needed a good clean and the trays. The kitchen wasn’t best equipped which was a real downside for me as I was staying there as I’m travelling for work weekly and wanted somewhere I could cook. "Ideal location within walking distance of the city centre, and near to supermarkets. My room was en-suite (unusual for student rooms). The person on the reception made me very welcome. Use of a kitchen: fridge, kettle, microwave, etc. was very welcome, as was the tea, coffee, milk provided."

"The place was in a perfect location right in the centre of the city. Huge apartment for 2 people, amazing modern kitchen and lovely comfy bed. Security was amazing...key fobs to get into the building/access the lift and apartment. Beautifully clean and modern apartment with trendy kitchen/appliances. Great communication with the owner, pretty instant to be honest. Would defo stay again! "

"Good size apartment and very clean - beds very comfy and lovely big fluffy bath towels. Decor is very basic and the rooms are missing soft furnishings or something to soften them as feel very bare and a bit soulless. Excellent location but we were on top floor and no lift it was very difficult with cases etc. Very noisy first thing with the bins and beer deliveries but to be expected when in a highly populated hospitality area. Well worth the money though."

"The pictures on Expedia were not accurate! Once we checked in and went to the room and saw that the room was not clean and the bed was an old concave mattress with springs coming out, we wanted to cancel our reservation and leave. We stayed one night to be nice and looked for another room. Expedia helped but we still need to be reimbursed for the 3 nights we did not stay. The following day we showed up to speak to the manager and saw that the room was rented out. Hopefully they will accommodate...
