"Having to pay £5 extra for a towel is a disgrace. It's below the threshold of basic amenity for a hotel. The same for pods not being secure unless you bought an extra padlock. A bed, secure room and ability to wash are the absolute minimum requirements for a hotel irrespective of room size. If you have to charge more to cover costs do so but don't imsult people's' dignity by not even give them the basic facilities to wash and dry themselves."

"Zu Ealing Broadway station muss man nur 9 Minuten laufen. Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt’s in der Nähe. Ich bin für ein Konzert in Wembley hier geblieben, konnte mit dem Bus dann zum Hotel zurückfahren. Das Badezimmer war ziemlich dreckig, bringt aufjedenfall Handtücher mit!!! Und auch eine Internationale Steckdose, da Deutsche Ladekabel nicht reinpassen in diesem Hotel! Die Küche habe ich nicht benutzt, da sie auch ziemlich dreckig war. Ich war hier nur zum schlafen. Die Staff war sehr nett und...
