"Took us 5 minutes to realize there is a master power switch on the wall to get all lights and thermostat to function. Rooms were clean. Kitchenette was stocked but not used on our night’s stay. Shower had 2 bottles of conditioner, 1 shampoo and ZERO BODY SOAP. The A/C unit was putting out cold clean smelling air, however it leaked water on the floor and I needed to put towel down to keep it from puddling. Bed was comfortable. "The property looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in years. The first room I went into was filthy - the towels in the bathroom had black foot all over them. It looks like they were used and hung back up. It was not clean. It was absolutely disgusting. So the staff gave me another room that had mold in the bathroom and literally a work boot footprint on the sheets. Gross. The front desk person was very helpful though - I will say that."

"The staff said that we are lo longer welcomed because we left the room dirty. I showed the front desk clerk and the maintenance guy they said it was clean and we didn't make a mess. Being disabled they used no dogs allowed but they were well behaved and much needed. I felt discriminated against because of being disabled Will never go there again.
