"Ok This is what I’ll say … for people who are not tech savvy… it was too complicated to turn on the Tv, turn channels and etc… but that’s just me… Too Hi Tech… room was definitely too small. And the bathroom felt like I was in a recording studio. Now I’m in the 60th age rage which is not old. "The suite was nicely designed and supplied with dishes and utensils in the full kitchen, which was so useful for our larger family. The kids used the pool at every opportunity and everyone enjoyed the breakfast."

"I really liked the hotel. My daughter and I stayed when we attended the Ariana Grande concert. Everything was great, nice room, many walkable eateries, and a nice staff. Only complaints I have are that our window was facing the street and it was sooo loud all night long with people and cars. I couldn’t fall asleep until after 3am."

"I stayed solo for the Ariana Grande concert and I completely enjoyed my stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, I had a small issue with my shower knob being too hard but it was quickly resolved! The rooms were stylish, clean and comfy, I loved the face masks. Would definitely recommend and stay again :)"

"It’s great all around, the only thing is that there was only 1 nice friendly employee in the restaurant Cafe fig. The young Hispanic lady was great! We hear the lady with blue hair tell someone I’m not your server they are!! That was wild and the bartenders don’t smile lol. Maybe a little more customer service training but food was amazing and our server was great ‘"

"Hotel smells great!! And the beds are wonderful! Especially the down pillows and comforter! However, the pull out bed did not have linens I had to call and request them. I wish that was immediately available, especially when traveling with a tired child. I ordered breakfast at the starbucks Cafe area, I ordered a spinach feta turn over that was pretty good according to my 12 year old, I ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich wich was good, I then ordered a ham and cheese with potato breakfast...
