"I booked this at the last minute it was kind of worried I would have problems checking in as I got a message afterwards that said there was no front desk and I needed to arrange beforehand to get in. Luckily I was able to get a hold of Nolan through Expedia and he met me to let me in. This was a super clean homey room with a kitchenette and a full fridge. The pool was very nice and the building was very secure. There were stores such as 7-Eleven downstairs and a pharmacy for convenience. "

"This is my third stay/visit at this location and I would definitely pick this hotel again the next time I travel here. Best breakfast and wonderful staff. I wish they work for me. Sheraton is very bless to have these employees."

"My stay here in 2026 was alright. The pool located on the beach was taken away, as that was the main attraction of this hotel when I stayed here in 2024. For a $400/night stay here for the 2 bedroom suite, we called for 4 bottles of water (less than $1 market price) and was told it would cost $10 to bring it to our room. Breakfast is mediocre. Staff was a mixed bag. View is nice. Paid pretty much for the view."

"This is Abby, not hotel. No front desk 24/7. I have to make a call to contact the office to check in. Phone had no answers many times. I couldn’t use the pools without the owner coming to verify. It’s not convenient and simple like hotels. Room cleaning and building is nice."

"This is Abnb renting, not hotel. Don’t have 24h/7 front desk. Need to make a call for what you want. Phone pick up some times, but not most of call. Also, I could not use swimming pool because need permission from the owner to verify each time to use. Any way, feel not convenient and waste my time for every thing I need when I stayed in this condo.."
