"Hotel is complete trash. Our room was not even cleaned. Looks like they went in and picked up trash and made the beds with dirty sheets. When I went to front desk they kept saying my room was clean and they didn't have any other rooms. I practically had to beg for clean sheets to put on myself. When I asked housekeeping the next day to clean our room because it was completely dirty. They came in and swept but that was it and they put the dirty stuff on the floor piled back up on the bed....

Sure seems like someone is living there as the food odors were very strong (and not good) at the same time each night. Check-in took too long, and check-out was even longer. People hanging around lobby during check-out made it very strange and the clerk said nothing so I assume they were related. I will NOT stay at this hotel again."

"Front desk staff was amazing. Hotel was clean besides outside trashes were overflowing all weekend. Do not care for the etiquette of the cleaning staff. I have stayed at this hotel twice in 4 weeks and both times the cleaning staff has not only knocked on our door 2 hours before check-out time but tried to come into our room both times. "There was a storm in the area which knocked out soem of the amenities like the TV, but that was not their fault. The staff had to unlock our room door for us as the card feature was not working. The staff had to work extra hard to accomodate people. The room was clean and comfortable. Good staff tryign to make the best of a hard situation."

"Breakfast disappears early with no restocking. Was empty by 8:30 when breakfast ran until 10:00. Watch your charges. Last the a $50 extra charge appeared in our credit card. Told it was a mistake but credit card company had to fight it."

"When arrived there was no power. While the power outage was due to a storm, we were not contacted ahead of time of the situation. They did nothing to make the situation right. The power didn't come on until 2 in the morning. We were on the 3rd floor so we had to carry our stuff up 3 flights of stairs. The hallways had no lights and we were not sorry they didn't have any flashlights. No hot water since there was no power. We were told we could open the windows, they opened about an inch. There...
