Pensions in Donostialdea/Donostia-San Sebastián

Great location ….. very clean….. very welcoming ….. nothing to dislike would stay again

Excellent location, modern and clean. Very helpful staff. We loved staying here, we didn’t spend much time in the hotel as we came to explore, eat and drink. However, the room and bathroom are very modern and well maintained.

Had an amazing time here - the location is ideal for the old town and restaurants. Ibon was extremely helpful and friendly, and went out of his way to provide any information or assistance we needed. The water dispenser (hot and cold) was a great help also!

Very helpful and welcoming staff. Lovely rooms. Great location.

Air con was brilliant. Room spotless and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean.

Wonderful location in such a beautiful building. We were welcomed by Juan, who waited for us as we arrived before the checking-in time. He spoke perfect English and recommended places to visit and the best tapas bars in which to eat. He provided us with a set of keys which allowed us to start our vacation without having to worry about our luggage. We didn't need to use any public transport as everything was within walking distance. The cleanliness of the room was to the highest standard. The...

Lovely welcome with the host kindly letting us check in early. Helpful information given about the area. Lovely stay

Fantastic place! Very centrally located. Locket building, great room with big windows and a great view . Eoom spotlessly clean and cleaned each day and fresh towels. Nice little touch having a fridge and also an iron and ironing board . Slight noise but it’s on a main road so to be expected!

The assistance from the owner was exceptional. Everything was very well run with useful additional facilities such as a pinter to print off a boarding pass. The location is very central yet the room was not noisy. Truly excellent value, highly recommended.

Easy self check-in, beautiful room, thick towels, very comfortable bed, clean, lots of restaurants and bars close. Close to the motorway. Highly recommended 👍

Great hotel, boutique vibe without silly bar prices(1 beer & a good glass of red for less than 4 euro) fab location, everything is totally walkable in San Sebastián, bars/eatery’s on your doorstep. Biggest shout out is to the amazing helpful staff, particularly Ibai and Sandra, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. when we realised we’d left our passports at previous hotel 🙈these guys went above & beyond to help us out. They were absolute stars! And I watched as they made everyone feel...

The accommodation is right at the heart of old town walking distance to everything we needed. Beatrice on reception was a delight and made us fell so welcome. Claudia looked out for us when we had a bit of a mix up entering the property going above and beyond to make sure myself and my daughter were ok. I will treasure my time in San Sebastián and can’t wait to revisit. NB the location is noisy as it is so near to everything but it is just life and I did not mind it at all x

Lovely place near the Cathedral and within a 10 minute of the old town. The host was very informative, friendly and accomodating. Room was a good size and clean and the small balcony was a bonus. There are a few cafes nearby, perfect for breakfast.

Excellent stay! Very clean, great location, quiet, AC if needed. Price was very good for the stay. Would definitely recommend.
