"Have stayed at the Inn many times, always enjoy the stay, In the past we have found the rooms to be very hot overnight, on this occasion the heat was off the scale, so much so we had to sleep with the front door open, they need to install air conditioning, our sleep wasn’t great at all, The staff are lovely, have always been great to speak to, however on this occasion the guy taking out order at dinner was abrupt and very slightly rude,"

"Almost everything was great. The one thing I’m finding is when I’d just like to chill and watch a bit of TV or sport on TV, it would be more comfortable for me to sit on a comfy chair instead of the bed all the time. Everything else was excellent"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful! We had supper at the pub downstairs a couple of times and our food was fantastic. The area was mostly quiet (the World Cup finals were on while we were there, so that was exciting) and an easy tune line to the big tourist attractions. Would definitely stay there again’"

"Room was TINY. Smelt of toilets and woken by multiple church bells at 5 am. No staff at breakfast time. Cereal and toast. Wouldn’t stay here again. Not worth the money."

"The place was terrible. I had to leave and stay somewhere else. There was poor communication with the staff. Th e check in situation was a mess. Online the check in was noon. When I arrived they told me it was 2 pm. I just left and went over to Hotel Row on Bath St. I stayed at the Holiday Inn, The Holiday Inn was very expensive and very nice. The Swann inn was a very bad choice. I would never recommend Swann Inn. It cost me an extra two nights fees with no cancelation or refund options....

"Property was in a convenient location to Wallington; directly on a bus route and near a small green area for walks with pets. It had a quiet energy about it; meaning the property was quiet considering its location on the crossroads of two main roads and the bar and beer garden being lively but not overly boisterous. Food was tasty; breakfast particularly was plentiful. Parking was adequate."

"Great location, helpful staff and comfortable, air-conditioned room. It’s on a busy road so expect traffic noise throughout the night, and also note the rooms only have space to unpack 1-2 nights of clothing."
