"Overall, my stay was average. The hotel is in a quiet location and conveniently close to everything, which was a big plus. However, the bed sheets had some noticeable stains, which was disappointing and made the room feel less clean. The air conditioning was also set to turn on and off throughout the night, causing the room to become warm and uncomfortable while sleeping. The front desk staff were not very friendly and came across as having an unfriendly attitude, which affected the overall...

"It's not the best but not the worst if you need somewhere to just stay a few days it was nice it was downtown gatlinburg. There was only 1 front desk person we had to wait about 40 mins at the front desk just to check in it was very hot and humid and when you called the number "for assistance" it just calls the front desk phone number so that was pointless. Breakfast was good again was like 1 worker doing everything but she kept up with it."

"Staff were amazing but the up keep of the property was poorly kept. Room door would lock you out. Bath tub would fill and take long to empty. Bathroom sink leaked. Dividing door was broke, long with mold around the windows."

"We absolutely loved the property. We had a fantastic time there and the best part was us being able to stay with our fur-kid, Buster Lee. The free entertainment was awesome! We had nightly visitation from the village black bear! It was fantastic. Close proximity to everything!"

"Beautiful view of the creek but the hotel needs major update. Floor was uneven, bathroom fan was really loud and the pool area looks really outdated. Also, the picture of the lazy River looks bigger online than it actually is. Plus the staff sounded like they had some issues with each other."

"Very nice stay, close to all the attractions (walking distance). We booked room with 2 queen beds and sofa, very spacious and clean. Staff Very friendly. For sure will be back again."

"This room was cheap and was actually very nice. The only complaint we had was the musky/wet smell in the room. The elevator was super slow and sometimes seemed a little sketchy. Not a ton of parking either. But we’ll work the money we paid."

"If you’re visiting Bryson city, this is the place to stay! The staff were extremely welcoming and super friendly. The overall atmosphere of the Inn was beyond what I expected. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I had a very pleasant experience. My girlfriend and I loved every moment of our trip and will definitely be back again. The view of the mountains while sipping our morning coffee or tea is one of the best ways to start your day. Plenty of additional parking off the main driveway...

Shannon on days was super helpful and friendly as well! The pool was very clean as well as every part of this hotel. The Housekeeping staff do an excellent job!"
