"The room I reserved had a loud, squealing toilet upon check in. Maintenance worked on the toilet for 45 minutes while I waited in the lobby. Eventually, I was given another room when maintenence was unable to make the repair. The room I was given was dirty. Dust was all over the floors. Alarm clock was broken. "We had a wonderful and relaxing time here. This b&b is tucked away from the hustle of town while still being conveniently located. The grounds are lovely to walk around, and we enjoyed seeing the various animals that live nearby. Toni is a wonderful host to the guests and really made all the difference in our stay. "Room was nice, good parking, all I can really say it’s just sketch. There’s never any worker at the front desk, the only reason I got into my hotel is because some dude went up to us and gave us a number to get into the room. There was a hole in the roof of our showers. The beds are pretty nice. It’s a very easy walk to down town."

"If you want to stay in a room that is a little bit out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Bryson, this is certainly a choice. What really fried me and I couldn't get over it for the 2 nights we stayed, was the size of the room or rather closet that we stayed in. Also, but bad on me for not checking, but there was no elevator. I am mobility challenged (crutches) so it was a bY*O getting up to the 2nd floor where our little closet was. It'll work in a pinch, but for me, I will look at other...

"Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and coffee were good and hotel was very clean. The only thing we didn’t like was that our room had no carpeted areas. It made the room feel a bit colder and had to brush any dirt off our feet before getting in bed."

"It's an old property, but it was adequate. Kitchenette had 2 forks and supposedly sleeps 4. Had adequate kitchen supplies to cook a meal, but no counter space. Towels were kind of thin. Walking to town was a challenge down long steps, but not a long walk time wise. Not sure I would stay there again, but my event has moved to Nashville, so I won't need to make that decision."
