"Exceptionally clean, with incredibly comfortable mattress and pillows in an older style one story roadside motel which made it easy to get luggage in and out. Great location and an outstanding local restaurant right across the parking lot on Gull Lake. Very moderately priced which made it even better."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious. Would have appreciated complimentary coffee in the morning. We had to use the stairs because the elevators were down. They were a little dark and not very clean. Might have been a good idea to have someone check them out before sending guests to use them."

"We waited over 20 minutes to check into our room as there was no one at the front desk. Has lady bugs all over the room. When we did get checked in the front desk was rude."

"Make sure their elevator works. It did not. We were there 3 nights and no one came to work on it. Carrying a lot of luggage, or having small kids, or a Sr with you, this is a huge problem!! They only had a room with two queen size beds and a shower in the tub. I’m handicapped and have a lot of difficulty stepping into a tub. Also I find the policy of only servicing rooms every other day unacceptable."

"Had my family stayed the 2 nights on the second morning room service entered our room while we was sleeping woke up our baby and etc"

"A party started above our room at about 9:30. A really loud party. We called the front desk - they said they would talk to the guests. 10 minutes of peace followed by a louder party. We called the front desk at 11. Basically told they could only call the guests again, but had been hung up on the first time. 10 more minutes of peace followed by what sounded like a full circus. Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who...
