"staff is amazing! great stay for the price. the location is perfect!"

"The location can’t be beat, such a nice area of the west village, convenient and close walk to the subway. If you’re looking to visit Brooklyn it is super close to that area as well. The rooms were clean, great amenities and the staff was super helpful nice and kind. For the price and area, there’s no way it can be beat, your away from a lot of the hustle bustle of the city, and you get a nice little cozy spot you can call your own"

"My issue is the NOISE!!!! You can hear everything around you. Like person snoring in the room next to you. I would have been fine except for a couple fighting."

"Fantastic location and well furnished basic rooms. Super comfy bed and pillows. Only downside was the walls were like paper, and albeit a loud voiced neighbour, I could hear every word.."

It's cute without being twee (with the possible exception of the dog stuffie on the bed). Staff were welcoming. The rooms are small, but thoughtfully laid out and appointed so you don't feel cramped. Bed was comfy, and we like the 2-duvet solution to solve the frequent "You are stealing my...

"Great Location and Staff, but Serious Cleanliness Issues The hotel is exceptionally well located, generally well maintained, and the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, four significant issues justify my one-star rating. 1. Bed bugs: My sister suffered what appeared to be severe bed bug bites. The issue seemed limited to her bed, as I was unaffected. This was by far our biggest concern. 2. Bathroom odor: Despite looking clean, the bathroom smelled noticeably of urine, raising questions about...
