"One of our most favourite hotels ever - the staff is so helpful. The breakfast selection was incredible (you can choose between American or Japanese breakfast) and kids eat for free. Rooms are spacious, we were able to open up 3 of our large suitcases. You can use a laundromat about a 5 mins walk away or you can use their laundry service which they charge per item."

"This hotel is in a wonderful location. Easy walk for many restaurants and tours close to the river. It's easy to catch a cab to go to other places. The staff was very friendly and informative, probably the best aspect of this hotel. The WiFi in the room was terrible. Mostly I gave up and used my cell service but I had to add more data on at a cost. The restaurant/bar wasn't available in the evenings. So, we couldn't meet in the bar for a drink before dinner. Although it's very common in the hotels we stayed in, I find it annoying that they won't come in and make your bed. I didn't want the sheets changed every day, but part of the enjoyment of being at a hotel is coming back to a bed that's made and I wasn't the one doing it. Here you could request full service or nothing. All in all I would probably stay here again because of location and staff. You should just know what you're getting."
