"I was a little hesitant to book because of the low price. But we loved this place the grounds are beautiful a pond in back with three camp fire rings and grill. Pool was very nice. It’s a old hotel but in good condition we will definitely rebook in the future. They have lots of chairs out side to enjoy the grounds."

"Historic Building, beautiful hardwood flooring and decor. Feels like your staying at a friends house, instead pf a hotel. Staff is SO nice and helpful. They treated you like family. They offer you a free breakfast from scratch, no buffet and they have it ready for you at the time you designate. It's amazing! On top of that if you are an amenities person, they a free Happy Hour where they off free local beer on tap and local wines along with a charcuterie board your mom would be proud of. ...

" Beautifully landscaped, felt more private than it probably was, rooms were small (we had two queen sized beds, so I’m sure that’s part of it) and the bathroom was even smaller but clean!! Beds and pillows are definitely above average. Check in was a breeze. Very, very quiet which was particularly important to me. I appreciate the assigned parking spots. The only thing I wish were different is being able to get coffee before 9:00 am. "

"Where to begin… Pool & hot tub were out of order (I phoned prior to booking and the staff said they were repaired and functional). It is worth mentioning that this was the main reason for selecting this hotel. The clerk was reluctant to offer a refund, and stated that I needed to contact Expedia to get a refund. "Wonderful experience. Family owned and well maintained. Very clean. Close to attractions or plenty to do at the hotel. Pool is heated and very nice. Grill on site, fire pits, gazebos with seating. Family friendly or like us… we made new friends there. We will for sure come back. Breakfast is small but perfect for coffee or juice and bagel or danish before heading out for the day."
