"To move the review to a 5 there are three opportunities: 1. Breakfast is served between 9:00 - 9:30 am without exception. 2. We were notified the morning of our arrival that there is only street/public parking. An unwelcomed surprise. Very inconvenient for a resort community. 3. There was no room freshening. We had to request fresh towels and the waste baskets were full after our two night stay."

"Everything from the location (everything walkable from Inn) to amineties (Jacuzzi, board games, pool house) to breakfast (freshly made from scratch), and snacks (including free happy hour drinks). The same staff have all worked there for years and really work well together. I felt like I was visiting family. The rooms were super comfortable."

"Hotel was very clean and hotel staff were great. Standard King Room was very small, No coffee pot or cups, no glasses or ice machine on our floor, no microwave. Room did have a minifridge, iron and ironing board, we were on 3rd floor and had to go down to lobby for ice, coffee,etc, Booked room because of very high ratings on expedia, it was a special occasion for my wife and I, so were very disappointed in size of room and amenities, I must say the hotel staff were TOP NOTCH!"

"Parking is easy and staff was great. Room and hotel are a little run down. Our room carpet had a run in it, walls by window had chipped drywall, tissue holder in bathroom came off the wall. Shower was fine with good water pressure and bed was comfy. Breakfast was fine"

"The room was clean and comfortable however the remote for TV was faulty needed to press buttons 4-5 times to get channels to move also the toilet ran. The included breakfast was sad only waffles & biscuits. Only hard boiled eggs no scrambled or omelette eggs no sausage or bacon. Biggest issue was the keycards they didn’t work very well had to get a new card made at the front desk at night"

They offered a room with adjoining room and we didn't pay for adjoining room so we declined. And when we checked in later in the evening we still were given an adjoining room. We didn't feel comfortable staying the night because of staff rude and giving us a room that we asked to not have and unable to check in when others who had...

"The Hampton Inn in Holland is a wonderful place to stay for families. It has a game room, a pool, and two hot tubs. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a quiet, couples stay. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are spacious."

"The place was clean and breakfast fairly decent. We booked 2 queen sized beds. On check in we were given a queen bed and a couch with a pullout bed. I pointed out the discrepancy and the hotel staff blamed it on the app-saying that 3rd party companies simply searches for an empty room, not what is advertised.
