"My daughter developed a significant rash during her stay, and the sheets felt rough and sandy. When she reported it, she was told the hotel would comp one night. When I later called to follow up, I was transferred between multiple departments, forced to repeat the story several times, and ultimately told by a supervisor that no refund had ever been offered. She also suggested that my daughter should have requested different sheets due to "allergies"—despite having no history of bedding allergies...

"Had to call multiple times to get extra towels, found housekeeping and was told that they don’t give out towels because we didn’t request it. I talked to the front desk about our AC not working but it didn’t seamed like they cared."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The bathroom had visible mold, which was both unpleasant and concerning. To make matters worse, I saw a cockroach crawling on the bedroom wall during my stay. A clean and hygienic room is the minimum expectation when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately this property failed to meet that standard. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness and pest control."

I especially appreciated that breakfast items were still available for a short time after the posted end time, which made the experience much more relaxed. There are two areas that could be improved. "The best thing about the property is the location. The best way to describe the room is plastic. The bath/shower controls were dirty and the control for the bathtub was missing. The A/C was fine and the bed fairly comfortable. The cost of the room was outrageous as a result of the timing; it was Georgetown University's graduation weekend. There were 2 bottles of water, coffee and tea available downstairs and no bathroom amenities."
