"The hotel was nice. I felt very safe and welcome. Everyone was quiet and we never had a problem with neighbors or noises. The room was not as clean as I would have hoped, with sticky pink spots on the counter (maybe from juice?) and hairs in the bathroom. Additionally, the flashing light on the fire alarm was on the ceiling and very bright and annoying. Kept myself, my husband and infant from sleeping well- I know the alarm is needed, but can we change how bright those lights are??also the bed...

"Staff was polite and helpful, no complaints there. Breakfast was OK. Room was shabby, not well-maintained, not particularly clean. Wifi was terrible, cutting out frequently (like every 10 minutes) and didn't come back on its own but required me to re-select the network each time. Often I just couldn't get back in, and had to wait for it to come back. Sometimes I took my laptop to the lobby and worked there, where the wifi was reliable."
