"Clean room, quick check-in."

"The workout room was cute it looked like it was the beginning of something that may be better in the future. Kind of small and put together in what looked like a break room of some sort. Breakfast was really good. "

"The whole hotel has a strong smell of marajuana. The breakfast was completely wiped out by a group of kids on a sports team and even though we waited it was never refilled. The coffee was cold and not refilled in the lobby. Just not a good experience at all."

"It was a very bad experience. When my girlfriend and I checked into our jacuzzi room we were excited to use the jacuzzi. We did get in pretty late about 9pm but figured we'd have plenty of time to relax before going to bed, we were wrong. After filling up the jacuzzi tub we tried the jets over and over with no luck. I went down to tell staff at the front desk because he wasn't answering my phone calls. He was on the phone with someone sounded like his girlfriend. He stated that the room shouldn't have been booked as the problem was reported the prior night for maintenance. I said well what the heck I want a discount then. He then stated no discount as he can get me into another similar room. I stated I would deal with the discount issue in the morning. Well after packing our things and heading to the new room. We find out the room keys would not work. So again I go down the front desk. He re programs the keys and says they should work no I try and no luck again! I go back down and he follows me and tries, no luck. He then goes gets the master and that works so he proceeds to mess with the room whole we wait. He comes back and says ok I've moved you to a different room again that the key does work. We fill up the tub to the new room and the knob is missing for the jets. So then we have to move again it's about 230am at this point. We finally got to use the jacuzzi in the new new new room. Moved 3 times! Called corporate in the morning said they would investigate has beenaweek."

"Shortly after booking I received a text inviting me to checkin online to save time- which I did. This included uploading a pic of my drivers license, vehicle plates and payment info. When I arrived, instead of picking up my room keys, check-in process was very strange and uncomfortable, with the male attendant insisting on showing me the room prior to checkin. He expected me to go inside with him and have a look around. The elevators weren't working so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. Then go back down to the desk to sign multiple documents to check in. I was told they didn’t have remote check in. The room itself was missing trim and the shower looked unclean but the bed was very clean and that’s all that really matters. I won’t be staying here again but will admit you get what you pay for. "

"The staff was friendly and the room was clean/nice. However, the hallways did kind of stink from people cooking and their pets. The walls were also very thin."

"Our stay was awful. We left two hours in. The rooms were terrible with questionable stains on the walls, no hot water, the smoke detectors chirping due to low battery and no one coming to fix it, the floors were dirty, the vents were brown and furry and the overall building was “fixed” with an awful coat of paint that is peeling. The staff (bald lady) made it seem like it was our fault when we brought this up to them and wouldn’t do anything to make it right. We left and happily paid for another hotel just so we didn’t have to stay there. "

"The room did not have a smoke alarm it was completely missing, also the room had cockroaches in the bathroom I had taken a shower and when I was done I picked up the clothes and I saw the roach crawling There was one staff member staff member that was extremely but I mean extremely rude she had threatened to call the cops on us when we were just waiting for our ride outside and we weren't even doing anything just waiting At one point they had accused my girlfriend of being on drugs but she's mentally unstable and the laundry didn't dry my clothes I had to run the cycle at least 3 times for it to fully dry We shouldn’t have been put through that 0 out of 10 would not recommend"
