"Hot water in showers, bed comfort was okay, food was decent at the bars/restaurants, staff was friendly, pool clean and open until 11pm. Lots of fun games to play outside. The property and rooms were clean and the shuttle service to town was easy and very helpful!"

"Room was too small I don’t think so bed was a queen size bed , outdated and room has weird smell like musty / moldy smell once we checked in we try to go out and door was stuck and bottom plate was broken after notify they changed the room , pool was clean , I booked this resort because of the jetski services on site which was not available and it was a disappointment , beach is not an actual beach beach , over priced , looked cute in pictures for sure . It’s good for solo travellers and easy...

"The property was nice, but had quite a bit of litter on the grass outside our room. Also, amenities advertised were a beach and this property does not have beach access. The room had a funny smell to it, sort of a bleach and urine smell. Also they put two small bath towels in the room and when we requested more they brought one. It was an ok stay but we won’t go back there."

"Great room, we stayed for a week, plenty of space, and highly recommend this Hyatt. Everything you need was in the room and on the property. Plenty of parking. Washer and dryer was great. Huge covered balcony."

"The whole experience was fantastic. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!"

"The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The shuttle provided an excellent means for transportation to Duval Street as well as the ferry. The beaches in Key West are not the greatest so if your decision is based on proximity to the beach, it may not be worthwhile. The pool at the resort was awesome and the pool/bar/restaurant service really made this tropical destination pop!"

"Steep stairs. Not good for seniors No where to put suitcase except on floor No where to hang clothes Not enough towels No towel exchange Trashcan not emptied Spa didn't work No ashtrays in smoking areas Outrageous parking fees to park"

"Great location but the beach was unusable due to Sargassum ( out of their control )."
