"Needed a place to stay when seeing a concert in Scarborough. The price was very good, got there and there were clear instructions on how to get in the property which was very secure. The rooms were really clean and plenty of parking by the hotel as well. Had all the things needed for a stay. Staff communicated well in terms of payments and codes to access the rooms. We were able to get breakfast downstairs the next morning and it was value for money."

"First time staying here and I had a really lovely experience. The room had everything I needed and the little touches like the tea tray and snacks were a lovely bonus. "- The shale beach across the road was the most amazing I have ever seen. - The menu is misleading. My husband wanted NO ALCOHOL beer because he is allergic to alcohol. The NO ALCOHOL beer on the menu said 0.0% alcohol. What arrived was what the waitress said was NO ALCOHOL but it actually was 0.5% alcohol. We sent it back, and I did tell the waitress the menu was incorrect and that she should mention it to management, but she did not seem interested in doing anything about it."

"Me and my partner Ross stayed at The Cornmill last saturday and we both had a pleasent experience, Karen is very welcoming & accomodating and all round a lovely person.
