"I have always enjoyed staying at the Olde House a Marston Inn. My room was good with a very comfortable bed and a nice long bath to relax in. The staff at the Olde House are particularly good and welcoming. Kay and Shell do a very good job making breakfast a very enjoyable experience. Good food served with consideration and kindness. Looking forward to my next stay at the Olde House Inn. "

"Absolutely horrible experience. Forget complimentary water bottles—there wasn’t even a glass available in the room. When I contacted reception, I was told I needed to earn points just to access such basic amenities. That’s completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I would genuinely prefer staying in a budget hotel over paying premium rates for Hilton. Extremely disappointing, and I won’t be choosing Hilton again."

"We stayed one night and the room was a good price with a decent bathroom but the bed was uncomfortable for two people - we kept rolling together in the middle. We didn't have breakfast or use the bar so I can't comment on other aspects of the hotel. "
