"This was absolutely the worst place I have been to in my life!!!!! It looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. I wanted to go home the minute i saw it but everything in town was booked. The place was sold out even with my reservation. It's over 90 degrees and they asked me if I cared if the room had air or a TV. I said air is a must I did not care about the TV. Finally get the room there were bullet holes and burns in the "curtain" .the linen looked like they kept a piece from each homeless...

"I had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place last week. The location was absolutely ideal, and the view from the room was amazing. The room itself and the amenities were both outstanding, but what really set the experience apart was the incredibly helpful staff. I will definitely stay here again!"

"I had my first solo trip and stayed at the Jaslin. Love the location, I felt safe being there alone as a woman. Many delicious food places nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and answered any questions I had. They even made sure to give me an available room with a view of the Chicago skyline! Would highly recommend!"

"The staff was friendly, but I had to leave after one day and was told I couldn't get a refund for my remaining days. The air conditioner was loud and didn't fully cool the room. I also didn't care for the ceiling rain shower head."

"It was a beautiful hotel. It felt very modern and sophisticated. However, it somewhat lacked in originality or character. It just felt kind of cold in ambiance, I suppose that’s just my personal taste. It was very clean and the staff was great. I have no serious complaints, it passed all the requirements to be a good hotel, it just didn’t feel very special or memorable. Also, the pools under construction, so check that it’s open before booking if that’s important to you."
