When we checked in, the terrace was full of dirt, and unfortunately, it was not cleaned by housekeeping the following day. We also had issues with the hot water. During showers, the hot water would only last about three minutes before turning completely cold, forcing us to keep our showers extremely...

"Everything was great about this hotel, except one thing, the road getting in. It’s definitely a little off the beaten path and expect lots of dirt and dust on the way in. outside of that, the staff were very kind and professional, as is almost always the case in Mexico, the place was very clean and the views were beautiful. It probably deserves five stars except for the location. If they would pay the roads in and make it a little smoother to get in, that would probably make it a five for me."
