"I would like to write a better review for the Executive Suites because the staff were friendly and professional. However, the property is dingy, dated and not acceptable at the price point. The A/C worked but was not installed well so the main bedroom was full of moths. For similar cost, there are other motels in Chapleau that are very clean, centrally located and nicely updated. This motel needs to upgrade or drop its price!"

"The entire property was very well maintained, but the carpet in my room (#10) was absolutely disgusting. I see that the bathroom had been renovated (beautifully so) and I hope they are planning to renovate the rest of the room soon. Aside from the gross carpet, this place was absolutely perfect for my 3-day stay. It was quiet, I could make tea in the very clean kitchen (there is daily housekeeping). It was a bit odd having to check in at a restaurant across town, but overall I would recommend...
