"Hotel was very clean and quiet. This was fantastic as it was next to a busy road but it was almost silent! The air conditioning worked really well on a very hot day and the staff were really nice. Bed was comfortable room a good size. Had a bit of trouble getting served at the bar and we were ignored for a while being at the side but they were apologetic for this. It is ensuit. This room is on the 1st floor. The Kitshen is shared and is on another floor. There is double bed, so technically you can have 2 people sleeping on the same bed. "First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy."

"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. The windows had all been opened beforehand to air out the house. Towels were provided for each person which was handy as my girls forgot theirs. The beds were quite hard but...

"Property was clean. Not as stated entire property. Shared facilities. Bathroom via the kitchen on ground floor had child. Did not feel we could relax here as thought we had entire apartment. Outside next to little shop. Traffic island outside meant couldnt park outside and single line. Area around property made us feel unsafe- wasnt the best."

"Filty from the entrance to the kitchen and toilet. I coukd not have a shower or use the kitchen. The room is fine. The advert says private bathroom but it was shared. I had to go downstairs to the back of the kitchen to get to the toilet. Wont come back. "
