"Breakfast was good; however, they can’t cope when it’s busy. They are lacking in the areas of cleanliness and customer service. When we initially checked in, we were given a dirty room with dirty bedding and dirty mirrors. You could see that no one had bothered to check or even clean the room. "I booked two rooms as a last minute stay. Immediately on bookimg I had two phone calls that I missed as I was in my way to the accommodation. I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. I was adviced by Expedia not to cancel as this would be against the cancellation policy - I am still trying to get a refund and will probably have to esculate the process"

I had booked a room for two people, but the space was far too small to comfortably accommodate us. On top of that, the entire house was unclean, which made the stay even more unpleasant.
