"The room was clean and beautiful - very comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was soooo friendly and smiling. Catherine was at the morning breakfast buffet and we especially appreciated her attentiveness to the guests. She was a joy."

"Generally speaking, exceeded expectations for a budget hotel. Only issues were a musty smelling air conditioner, which probably needed the filters changed, and a foot protector strip on the bed that wasn’t that clean. Would recommend it for a budget stay."

"The rooms, furnishings and building are good quality and appear to be well maintained. The location is good for access to downtown, the university and the interstate. The front desk and food service staff showed no customer service skills. The pay for parking seems like a hidden way to raise prices and is extra annoying because you need an obscure app to load your vehicle and pay."

"The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great! The room was overall clean but there were lots of areas that needed attention, especially in the bathroom. The exhaust fan was completely covered in dust and lots of rust on the shower curtain rod, a moldy/mildew shower handle, things like that. The bed was also not very comfortable. In a pinch I would stay again, but otherwise would probably choose other accommodations."
